Thank you for shopping with Holster. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 4 to 8 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and it is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control. The total time to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at getholsterr@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Holster is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy or email us directly at getholsterr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Holster is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked the package as "Delivered". If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
